Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pet Doc Pro mobile application ("App") operated by Pet Doc Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@petdocpro.com.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account Settings. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

The App, including its design, graphics, text, features, and underlying code, is owned by Pet Doc Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App except for the limited license described above. "Pet Doc Pro," "Milo," and associated logos are trademarks of Pet Doc Pro. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Any pet information, photos, health records, or other content you enter into the App ("User Content") remains yours. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The App is intended for general pet care organization and informational purposes only. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PET DOC PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are between you and Pet Doc Pro only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall govern. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
